1 Apricot Coating System (Temperature set to +95°C)

- Working width approx. 800 mm
- Overall length approx. 2000 mm
- Working height approx. 870 mm +/- 50 mm with stainless steel swivel casters with brakes
- Stainless steel frame construction in 1.4301 – glass bead blasted
- Tapered drip trays – return apricot coating tray
- Two-part round cord belt conveyor with belt scraper in the return line
- Drive deflection shafts in 1.4301 stainless steel with driven transfer shaft
- SEW drive station (7-20 m/min)
- Stainless steel chassis with integrated apricot coating storage tray, approx. 80 liters, double-walled design with thermal oil filling and electric resistance heating (pre-heated to approx. 60°C).
Level monitoring with acoustic signal.
- Product conveyance via OMAC rotary lobe pump with downstream electric flow heater for temperature control to +95°C. Integrated double-pipe filter units.
- Spray collector with four airless sprayers and height-adjustable spray bridge.
- Working spray area equipped with a cover.
- Crossbeam mounting with cable tray routing in an open grating channel.
