- Working width approx. 800 mm
- Overall length approx. 2000 mm
- Working height approx. 870 mm +/- 50 mm with stainless steel swivel casters with brakes
- Stainless steel frame construction made of 1.4301 – glass bead blasted.
- Tapered drip trays – return glazing tray
- Two-part round cord belt conveyor with belt scraper in the return direction
- Drive deflection shafts made of 1.4301 stainless steel with driven transfer shaft
- Drive station SEW (7-20 m/min)
- Stainless steel chassis with integrated glaze supply tray, approx. 80 liters, double-walled design with water filling and electric resistance heating (Temperature Controlled to approx. 38°C). Level monitoring with acoustic signal.
- Product delivery via OMAC rotary lobe pump
- Mounted surge tank with height and tilt adjustment, including conversion for strip glazing.
- Crossbeam mounting with cable tray routing
