Pre-sorting Heuft Spectrum SX TB 72 and the associated Gateway II (network connection) (output max. 72,000 bottles/h; year of manufacture 2009).
... The following bottle types can currently be inspected:

• 0.33 l Ale / green / KK
• 0.33 l Ale / brown / KK
• 0.50 l NRW / brown / KK
• 0.50 l NRW / clear / SV
• 0.50 l Euro / brown / KK
• 0.33 l swing-top bottle / brown / embossing
• 0.50 l swing-top bottle / brown

The following inspections are carried out:

• Pre-sorting Heuft Spectrum SX TB 72:

- Bottle shape
- Bottle height
• Empty bottle inspector Heuft InLine reflexx Release 9:

- Sidewall inspection (inlet and outlet)
- Neck inspection
- Thread inspection
- Bottom inspection

- Residual liquid (IR/HF)

- Additional detection in the outlet for any labels that may be stuck in the neck area
- Test bottle detection

Defective bottles are removed Included are:

A section of infeed and outfeed conveyor and the discharge table are also included.
