Conical rounder

The conical rounder (hereinafter also referred to as "machine") is exclusively designed for rounding dough pieces. It can round wheat and mixed wheat doughs up to 70/30 in weights ranging from 30 to 1,800 grams and at a maximum output of 5,000 pieces per hour (depending on weight).
