Waffle maker consisting of:

- Sheet removal station
- Control panel
- Dough pouring station
- baking room
- Burner device
- Exhaust system with exhaust pipes
- service door
- Waste scraper
- infeed conveyor
- Switch cabinet
- Waffle sheet relaxation
The machine configuration is based on a waffle bread production concept. That is, wafer sheets are made and sliced. Optionally we can add a slicing and a wrapping machine to complete the line.

The product looks and IS used like a WASA crispbread but is a waffle and much softer.

Waffle bread is an interesting alternative to regular bread, and not just a snack, but a real food.
