Description
The heating system essentially consists of the following system components: closed feed tank, speed-controlled pumps, homogenizer, preheater, infusion tank, expansion tank, vapor condenser, connecting pipes, fittings and a control cabinet with the measuring, control, monitoring, recording and safety devices. Function of the system:

In this process, the product (milk, cream, liquid egg, ice cream mix, etc.), which has been warmed to 65° C in countercurrent, is heated to 130° C in less than 1 second by steam injection, and then cooled again in the shortest possible time by evacuation. Further cooling is carried out by the incoming product in countercurrent and with ice water. This process is extremely gentle on the product.

Dismantling, reassembly and commissioning of the system:

The entire system, with the exception of the homogenizer, the control cabinet, the plate apparatus for heat recovery and the cooler, is installed in a container (consisting of sound-insulating panels), which not only keeps transport costs low, but also largely eliminates assembly costs. Only the product connections and the connections for steam, water, compressed air and electricity etc. have to be made. This keeps the costs for installation and commissioning low.
