Product description:
This COMPACTBLOCK is designed for filling carbonated products such as carbonated beer, cider, water, and soft drinks into glass bottles and sealing them with crown caps. This machine can also be used to fill PET bottles. It can be equipped with various capping machines upon request.
The machine frame is made of stainless steel and is mounted on wheels with brakes for easy mobility.
The fully automated filling cycle is controlled by a PLC (which can be fully customized by the customer) for pre-evacuation, CO² injection, filling, and degassing. This is necessary for oxygen-sensitive products such as beer or cider to minimize the dissolved oxygen content in the bottles after capping.
Dual-head capping tower with automatic cap sorter for capping two bottles simultaneously (for crown caps only).
CO² injection into the bottle neck before capping removes residual oxygen in the bottle neck.
A spray ball in the collection tank and continuous CIP for high-pressure cleaning of the internal parts of the system that come into contact with the product.
The COMPACTBLOCK is also available in the 221, 441, 442, and 661 configurations.
IC FILLING SYSTEMS also supplies the counterpressure filler in standalone configurations with 2, 4, and 6 valves.
