Description
The bottle drying system was operated without technical issues until April 2026. It was subsequently dismantled by qualified personnel.
Consisting of:
- 1 Paxton XT 500 high-performance centrifugal blower (4 kW)
- 2 Stainless steel high-performance air knives (580 mm length)
- 2 Stainless steel air knife mounts (adjustable in 3 axes)
- 1 Stainless steel base frame with mounted blower
- 1 Stainless steel air manifold (2 x DN 76 mm)
- 1 Sound enclosure for XT 500 blower
- 4 Stainless steel covers (all-round) acting as splash guards
Additional equipment:
- 1 Gesete stainless steel nozzle (40 x 2 mm) incl. piping and hose
For blow-off of the cap area prior to inkjet printing
The Gesete XT 500 bottle drying system was manufactured in 2014 and is designed to dry bottles before they reach the labeling machine (Etima). It removes residual moisture to ensure proper label adhesion.
