Tray Lid Packer

The Meurer CM/TLI 30 is a highly advanced combination of a tray packer (CM/TP) and an integrated in-line lid module (TLI). The entire system is specifically designed for the automatic grouping, filling, and sealing of two-piece cardboard packaging.

The machine erects cardboard trays, fills them with products, and applies an internal lid.

The machine is particularly suitable for packaging pouches and other products that lack structural rigidity, as well as boxes, bottles, jars, and cans.

Maximum cycle rate: Up to 30 cycles per minute (depending on product and carton dimensions).

The system was in operation until September 28, 2026.
