The Pelbo Micro25 egg-breaking machine is designed for smaller-scale egg-breaking operations, as well as for businesses in the food, pasta, and bakery industries. It features a variable production capacity ranging from 900 to 9,000 eggs per hour (2.5–25 cases per hour).

The Micro25 is a whole-egg breaking machine that can also be equipped with chutes to allow for effective egg yolk separation. Its compact size enables installation virtually anywhere, even in very confined spaces.

The machine can be configured with either a manual loading system or a water-based loader. If required, the Micro25 egg breaker can also be supplied with a basic egg-washing unit.

The Micro25 is built in accordance with the strictest food hygiene standards. Consequently, all of its components—which are identical to those used in high-capacity breaking machines—are easy to clean and ensure years of reliable operation.
