The Chocotemper 24 chocolate tempering unit can be supplied with icBeLT, an adjustable speed coating belt. It is used for overflowing confectionery and praline products and is divided into three sections. • First section: Loading area that can be stopped to position the products to be covered. • Second section: Covering area where the products are covered with chocolate: - Vibrating system and regulators with adjustable temperature and temperature to remove excess chocolate and facilitate cleaning of the metal mesh. - Scraper with variable speed and direction of rotation to complete all types of products. - 2 available accessories: machine for partial coating length and coating machine for the underside of the product. • Third section: unloading area where the coated products are placed on the dedicated sheet metal.
