The SOA 935 tray and box erector is a further development of the proven SOA 200 standard series.

In its basic configuration, the machine is designed as a tray erector. It can also erect conical and negative trays and boxes.

The system can be pre-configured for processing multiple folding formats.

Format changes are quick and easy. The erecting tool is changed for this purpose. Width and depth are adjusted via guide units.

Position indicators enable precise positioning.

All other parameters can be stored in the program.

The cutting feed and the axis for erecting the tray are driven by electric motors, and the respective position is detected by a linear encoder.

This has the advantage that every desired position can be approached precisely.

No proximity switches are required for additional queries (e.g., the starting point of gluing), which would otherwise need to be set when changing formats.

The system can be retrofitted with a second folding station and is therefore also suitable for erecting crates.
