Sour milk cheese molding machine

Molding machine for the production of sour milk cheese from the company R. Rüspeler in Hüttenberg, model SAKAEMA, built in 09/1983, machine no .: 0083/094, completely overhauled. The dimensions of the machine are 3.50 mx 1.30 m. The height without the box is 1.20 m, the box is also 1.20 m high + 0.40 m for the motor, resulting in a total machine height of approx. 2.80 m. The machine is made of stainless steel. It produces around 10,000 cheeses depending on the type. The machine is equipped with new control technology (regulating motors from SEW).
