This Trima 4/5/6 pocket automatic dough divider and rounder produces handmade quality products while being very simple and easy to use. It uses proven forming principles with a plate grinder and features manual operation via handwheel or touchscreen panel and can also be combined with third party proofers.

With simple settings to control weight, speed and forming pocket, this model has a special dosing system for gentle dough handling and forming uses little flour.

Its stainless steel finish makes it easy to clean and its small footprint and compact design with the added benefit of being on wheels means it is easy to maintain and maneuver on the bakery floor.
